Healing includes the story of our why… what we value, what brings us joy, and what propels us forward. Before I have the honor of hearing your story, here’s a little of mine.

I grew up in Southeast Alaska and feel most at home surrounded by wind, water, and trees. I believe in the elemental aspects of place and their influence on how they shape us. My current home in the Pacific Northwest is a dynamic blend of city-vibes and the calm of natural spaces. Adventures near and far are best when shared with my partner, grown daughter, and other members of my “family pod”.

My road to Reiki began in 2012 while finishing a medical massage degree program. Reiki is energetic intelligence and has a way of presenting itself when it’s needed most. A guide in my personal and professional life, Reiki is a tool that has helped me with anxiety, chronic pain, and other health concerns. I’ve been fortunate to study under several Reiki masters in the original Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage tradition, with a style most similar to Reiki Master Diane Larsen of Seattle City Reiki.

I added Certified Wellness Coaching during the height of the pandemic when many of us were asking, “What else can help me with what I’m going through?” After studying with the Mayo Clinic’s Coaching program, I began combining evidenced-based wellness coaching techniques with the principles of Reiki energy healing to support the nervous system.

I am diagnosed AuDHD (a blend of Autism and ADHD) which informs every aspect of my life, including how I approach my work. I am passionate about creating professional safe spaces for everyone, with special consideration to the needs of neurodiverse individuals. Currently, I’m enrolled in a Masters Degree program for mental health counseling that will broaden my scope of practice to include mental health support with a neuro-affirming, skills-based focus.

In addition to my private practice, I enjoy supporting a group of talented practitioners at Nurture Wellbeing in West Seattle and within Swedish Medical Centers as a Contracted Wellness Associate.

I look forward to hearing the story of your why and how it informs your wellness journey. Let’s talk about how we can work together in a Discovery Session.
