Healing includes the story of our why… what we value, what brings us joy, and what propels us forward. Before I have the honor of hearing your story, here’s a little of mine.

I grew up in Southeast Alaska and feel most at home surrounded by wind, water, and trees. I believe in the elemental aspects of place and their influence on how they shape us. Adventures near and far are best when shared with my partner, grown daughter, and other members of my “family pod”.

My road to Reiki began in 2012 while finishing pre-nursing and a medical massage degree. Reiki is energetic intelligence. It senses when you’re ready and has a way of presenting itself when it’s needed most. Reiki is a daily tool in my personal life that has helped me with anxiety, chronic pain, and other health concerns. I’ve been fortunate to study under several Reiki masters in the original Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition, including esteemed Reiki Master Diane Larson of Seattle City Reiki.

I added Certified Wellness Coaching during the height of the pandemic when many of us were asking, “What can help me with what I’m going through?” After studying with the Mayo Clinic’s Coaching program, I began combining evidence-based coaching with Reiki for more holistic support.

I’m diagnosed AuDHD (an overlap of Autism and ADHD), which informs every aspect of my life. I’m passionate about creating safe, healing-spaces for everyone, with keen consideration to the needs of neurodiverse individuals. I’m currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree program for relational systemic therapy to include mental health support with a neuro-affirming focus.

In addition to private practice, I enjoy managing the talented practitioners at Nurture Wellbeing in West Seattle and working within Swedish Medical Centers as a Contracted Wellness Associate.

I look forward to hearing the story of your why and how it informs your unique wellness journey. Let’s talk about how we can work together in a Discovery Session.
